Who is Catalyst for?

Catalyst is designed for early and mid-career professionals in insurance and risk, typically within their first 7 years of progressing into management roles. It’s ideal for organizations looking to develop high-potential talent and strengthen their leadership pipeline.

How is this different from internal training?
